Very disappointed

My cousin was admitted as she was overdue and was told she can't give birth on Monday because the doctors leave at 4pm. On Tuesday she was told she will be taken to theater and nothing happened. Wednesday she was taken to theater at 9am no communication and at 2pm when I phone the hospital im told she will phone me and give feedback on how she is. Very disappointing
