Step-down ward jabulani hospital

The way the nurses neglect patients in the step down ward is not right.. I don't understand why do they even have the "batho Pele" slogan because they do not serve the community I complained on the 13 of june about how they treated my dad the very same day my dad passed on at 18:36 they didn't even call us to let us know we only found out on Friday when we went to visit my dad around 2..that hospital has poor service.
