Parking

I've been at the hospital since 05:00 the person I came with was done at 09:00 it's now 10:46 I'm unable to leave due to my car being parked closed by staff members of the hospital. Apparently the staff is refusing to pay for parking so they decided to park with us patient's. Am I going to leave once the doctors knocks off? I'm frustrated because I came here early and finished early now I still can't leave because of the staff. The parking is R80.00 a month which they refuse to pay which became our problem. This isn't fair to us I mean since 05:00 we've been at the hospital. This is ridiculous!!!!
