No water at Bheki Mlangeni public hospital

Iam admitted at Bheki Mlangeni hospital for C-section birth since from 18/11/2024 and the Hospital doesn't have water. Havent bath for 2 days the toilet are messy, I am worried about infections, baby infections and health wise. Can we please be assisted in this regard, we cannot have hospital without water
