the antenatal department here leaves a lot to be desired. I genuinely feel the management team needs to sit down and have a serious discussions about how to make antenatal department work for everyone (patient and stuff). To be scheduled for a Caesar and made to wait for days to a week before you see the inside of a theatre is ridiculous. why not book people on days you know they are sure to get attended to. You can't be having a list of twenty five people and only have two to three ceasors done a day with the list pilling up.
