Horrible service at Bheki Mlangeni Hospital!!

It pains me to share this review considering that this is our local hospital , The service is appalling, I have an unfortunate experience of dealing with *********** Nurses who have forgotten that their purpose is actually to Nurse the patients, The Doctors as well , One Doctor asked me why did I not wait until the morning to take my Mother to the local Clinic, My Mother who by the way has been admitted in the very same hospital for the past 2 weeks. It is sad that we are treated this way solely because we cannot afford Private facilities. They do not consider the physical state of their patients, They intimidate you when you go for enquiries , Patients who are on Adult diapers are left the whole day without Changing them and when you take over and change your loved one yourself you get the 3rd degree. This is a disservice in our community, Did they not take some kind of Oath to serve and care? The diabetes patients are meant to be on a special diet the other day they gave my Mother some spicy food she could not eat and earlier on they gave her some sweet tea and soft porridge again she could not ingest those. Even the security staff is way better than our health care providers.

This is a cry for help we need our Department of Health to intervene, Bheki Mlangeni is a Horror Institution.
