Department of health please do something

My experience was hell my father is so sick we are being turned back by the doctor saying we must go to the nearest clinic, it's Sunday night I'm not sure which clinic we are suppose to go to. I dnt understand Sending a sick person to go back home without any treatment not even pain tablets. I wonder how are going to deal with pandemic if we still have public servant giving us such treatment. I guess if you don't have money to pay private hospitals you will die merely because u can't afford to pay.
