Bheki mlangeni is the pits

My wife was there for a referral gynae check up. We got to there and it was utter chaos. Nobody was willing to tell us where to go. We finally found our way to the OPD and had to wait for the lady at the gynae section to first finish making jokes with the other nurses. Then we she got to us. She just checked the letter and told my wife to go in the door on the left . Mind you there several doors to the left. We then found the right one and the 2 of the 3 sisters on duty today 31/05/2024 treated my wife so bad we ending up leaving without getting anything done as my wife was so devastated and she burst out crying.

One of the ladies first told her to grab a jug and go pee in it. When my wife asked where are the toilets. The lady shouted my wife and said I don't know just go.

Then she found her way to the toilet and came back and the lady turned around and continued shouting my wife and spoke to her other colleague that she "the nurse" does not like "coloured people" because colored people come there to disrespect their profession. All this because my wife came back and said "Thank you" and where must she go next.

It is evident that she hated the fact that my wife was colored and perhaps colored don't deserve to be treated that hospital.

I am totally disappointed and the chairperson of this hospital should be ashamed of their staff members. And this is why the NHI will never work in this country because we are all going to be treated like nothing should nurses like this be put in private hospitals
