Bad treatment

I was transferred to Bheki Mlangeni by my local clinic which was Lillian Ngoyi to give birth through C-section there, as contractions started i went to the hospital right straight away. When I got there they kept me on the waiting area for 2 days while I was in extreme pain then told me the baby was still far while I made it clear that i came there for C-section, then when the pain got worse they kept me in the waiting room while assisting those that came with an ambulance almost 10 people give birth before me just because I went there by my self rather than an ambulance. Then day 3 they took me to theater after they've assisted everyone and because someone else was about to give birth without assistant then they punished her by allowing me to be sent to the theater instead of her. Then after giving birth was sent to the ward where we were abandoned from 2am until 12pm without food or clothes, that was when I've tried to stand up on my own while I was week and my child needed a nappy change plus the bed I was sleeping on was full of blood and wet, I couldn't sleep anymore. I then tried to change the bed by my self while I was heavily bleeding then afterwards tried to clean the floor but was too weak..then a nurse came in shouted at me for leaving the bed after being abandoned and asked me to clean the blood from the floor because it's disgusting and she cannot assist me until I'm done cleaning the blood, after I told her that I needed to change the ****** night gown since it was cold she told me that I'm too forward she'll leave me to die there. I wouldn't recommend this hospital at all only 10% nurses are friendly and helpful but the rest are evil and make you do everything for your self even if they can see that the situation doesn't allow you to.
