Bad service by Lindiwe Thabethe at Bheki Mlangeni Hospital

I was with my spouse at the Hospital and i was speaking with my spouse and this Lady helping at Casualty Services. She was very rude towards My spouse and I and I am very unhappy. The lady’s name is Lindiwe Thabethe. I asked her why she was rude towards Is and she said she wont discuss anything with people who are not her superiors.

She did not have a name tag on and she tried intimidating me thinking i would be scared. I am very unhappy with her service and thats he was very noisy when speaking.
