Bad human rights service

I had the worst experience at Bheki Mlangeni Hospital at the Labor ward and post natal ward. First of all the 26 of August 2020 I spent most of my day there to be admitted for a c section and I was told that the beds are full I should come back the next day. I went back on the 27 to be told that there are no doctors to admit us.. by Gods grace I was rushed for an emergency c section which was not taken as a emergency.. I went to wait at the Labor ward and saw a lady give birth on the floor and the nurses there did not show any compassion to the woman.. they caught the baby just in time otherwise the baby would've fell on the floor. How degrading is that.. I feel like the nurses there don't love what they are doing.. they are just check collectors.
