NO FEEDBACK - NO RESPONSE - NO SERVICE

So.... apparently security service companies can just take your money (on debit order) and not give you service at all these days. <br> At least that is how its been at Bhekani for the last few years. We have (tried to) cancel our armed response contract with them, in writing, because of loooong response times (up to 24 minutes) and lack of service (the reaction officers don't even know they have a code to get into the premises). <br> We have phoned & emailed numerous times but they can't even acknowledge our cancellation request. (Further testament to their service levels)<br> They also still keep on debiting our account for up to R752 p/month (crazy expensive right?) and thanks to the GREAT service at Nedbank (sarcastic) we can't get those debit orders reversed either. <br> Fantastic to know that so many unsuspecting customers put their security in the hands of such an *********** company....
