Rude Owner.

On Wednesday the 1st I sent my car to be washed at the above mentioned car wash. On the 2nd I received a call for a job opportunity and that is when I realized that my USB stick which I keep in the car and has all my relevant documents that I might need on the spot was missing. I called the "manager" who did not answer but later called me and promised to call me the next day in the morning which he failed to do. I then sent him a text to ask about the matter which he plain ignored until I threatened to expose them on Facebook. To my surprise when I woke up the 4th I woke up to a whatsapp text from the owner telling me that I can do whatever I want as he does not care, calmly I responded with my concerns and how much that stick was important to me and then he said he does not have time for that and does not want to hear from me anymore.

Now what I need to know is was I asking for too much as a customer?
