Promises Not Kept

I used BHD Drilling before and their performance was good. I then called them to check a faulty float switch. Adrian checked and gave me a quote which I paid. He then said that he'd install the coming Friday (or latest Monday). He then made another appointment with my wife. She took off work and waited for him to arrive as per his commitment. He didn't arrive. And we are still waiting for him to arrive nearly two weeks later. He doesn't answer his phone, doesn't give updates, or reply to WhatsApp messages. Money is probably gone.
