The "Glitch in the matrix"
I honestly can't believe I'm writing this again, but I just went back to check the review I left under their Google listing and it's GONE. It's absolutely despicable that Hermia is spending more time scrubbing honest feedback and keeping things 'polished' than actually improving. I guess I'm not the only one who's been silenced. For those who haven't been yet: BE CAREFUL. My experience wasn't just a bad haircut; it was a total violation of boundaries. Hermia spends more time digging into your personal life and asking intrusive, probing questions than she does looking at your hair. I felt like an intruder in my own appointment, and the vibe was so suffocating and weird that I practically ran out of the salon. It's clear now that she's terrified of the truth coming out. If she's willing to manipulate her public image this way, imagine what she's willing to do to your hair.
