Late delivery and *****

I bought Manchester City shirt that costed me R600 because it was on 50% sale +R100 delivery fee on the 26th of December and it arrived on the 16th of January . I could tell that the t-shirt is **** from the moment I felt the material and the logos are glued to the shirt not sewed to it . The website says they do not do refunds but please Hellopeter help me get my money back . I saw that one of the customers had a similar situation andasked for help and was assisted
