POOR Technical Service

<p>I dont understand why i must charge my email adress because of not being able to send out mails, you speak to the technical team for the smtp setting for Neotel no one knows what i was talking about and i ask to speak to the manager his was no were to be found. come on rely. my ref no is FREQ***. </p>
