This company needs to be sued

This company has been harrasing me even after they were informed that I was attending a funeral. They are calling me inubdatedly. I'm getting threatening calls, sms, emails from them asking me to pay Telkom when I don't have a contract with Telkom. I also informed them that a Consultant Sylvester Francis from Telkom informed us that Telkom does not have fiber in my suburb. So if they don't then what money they want? And I have Another fiber that is installed?

If this company doesn't stop harassing me, I will sue them because I have informed them that I don't have any fiber contract and that Telkom doesn't provide my suburb with fiber. They are refusing to listen, even I have given them the consultant, name, date of emails, time, Ref number but it's not stopping with the threats.
