Terrible service with evasive answers

Absolutely terrible service, You all had revived my documents 10th October and took forever to contact me to sign, I had to phone and beg to sign as we needed to get done with my proceed to pay out from the bank for my Standard Bank Home Loan, you only uploaded my documents a month later on the 10th of November and yet we are still waiting for my proceed to pay out, this is having a chain reaction of 4 different families as we all need to move and you all just dont seem to have a care in the world. It is really reaching crunch time and yet we are still waiting for the proceed to pay out. Absolutely terrible service and will never recommend you to anyone. Any answer my attorneys get from you is so evasive and you all state that it has been escalated however there is no record from Standard Bank that this had been done. Disgusting to the core that people can be treated this way.
