Shocking customer service and not willing to assist.

Really **** service these people are providing. After Standard bank handed me over for non payment of my credit card, They have been hassling me for payment, I have been in contact with them for a few months now, and even send them the proof I SETTLED my credit card in AUGUST 2023, yet they cannot get Standard bank to allocate my payment to the credit card. Between Standard bank and Bham & dahya attorneys, this is an impossible task. I am desperate for help, and no one can help me.
