A consultant phoned me to say that my standard bank credit card is in arrears when it’s definitely not. They had personal information which makes them sound legitimate but I suspect data has been leaked or they have an in at the bank. They were very sketchy, telling me they would send me a payment link for me to resolve it. I declined, saying I would talk to the bank directly. They still insisted on sending me links to some suspect website. Please do not fall for this, talk to your bank directly.
