Rude call center agent

I got a call from a lady from someone who uses this email address *** to say she was rude would be an understatement she harassed me she was shouting and refusing to listen. Accusing that my absa account is not paid yet it is. It's not my fault that it's not reflecting on her side I have proof of payment, even if I had not paid it does not give her the right to talk to anyone the way she spoke to me.
