Poor and bad service

I paid up my account in full last year and still they didn't clear my account (it still shows my account is more than 6 months in arrears). They phoned me daily and almost stalked me to pay the account and still they didn't do their part. I want a new account with a zero balance. I also want a paid up letter from them and they have to clear my name at all credit bureaus with the proof that they did it. The account was paid up on the 29th of October 2018 and still nothing from Fungai at Bham-Dahya attorneys.
