NON-RECEIPT OF PAID UP LETTER

I had a Standard Bank Revolving loan that was handed over to B&D Attorneys, on 19 January 2015 I settled my account in full and received a confirmation SMS as well as a phone call. Upon enquiring as to when I would receive my paid up letter, the call centre consultant (Manqoba) informed me that said would be processed within a week. On 23 January 2015 I phoned their offices again and was told that I would receive my paid up letter on Wednesday 28 Jan 2015. By 28 Jan, no paid up letter was received. On Friday 30 Jan 2015, I had to phone their offices yet again and was told by Manqoba (call centre) that I would definitely receive the letter before the end of the business day. It is now three days later and I am still to receive my paid up letter. Non-receipt of a paid up letter means that I cannot have my credit record rectified. This is utterly poor service and I view it as unacceptable
