Horrible company (****mers)and customer service.

I cancelled my Telkom contract and I was never informed there was an outstanding amount I needed to pay. I was then contacted by this company. The consultant informed me of the amount I needed to pay. She then said she will give me a discount. From the R2200 I can pay only R1575. I made the payment d sent them the proof of payment. Only for them to not update my account. When I contacted them yesterday. I was informed that the consultant had left the company and that she was wrong for giving the discount. I asked to get the call recordings and speak to the manager. I did not get assistance in this regard. Please help, is there a place I can report these people.
