disgusted with unproffessional behaviour ..

I arranged with Bham & Dhaya attorneys that I will settle my account in full on the 28th February 2018. I settled the account on the 22nd of February 2018. After speaking to Ragani a few times now, I have yet to receive my paid up letter. On the 14th of March 2018 Ragani promised to send me the paid up letter. When I spoke to her yesterday, she said she sent me the letter 3 times already via my e-mail address. This really surprised me because I never got the paid up letter. She promised to send it again while we were on the phone. Needless to say. I never got it. And although Ragani told me she did send it. While I never got it. I did receive 5 e-mails from other sources during our telephonic conversation. And what strucked me as odd was the fact that she claimed to have send it x3 times already. I was wondering what prompted her to send it x3? Surely if she was unsure of whether or not I received it. Why not phone me to confirm. That is what the love doing when you owe them. They phone you and then they bill you but since I've paid my account in full I presume they now have no one to bill. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and asked her to send it to a different e-mail address. This was yesterday 14h30. Ragani told me that she will ask her supervisor to send me the letter. The supervisor was on lunch and would be back at 15h30. And guess what... No paid up letter ....
