Bham & Dhaya Attorneys - bad client service

I was handed over by RCS to Bham & Dhaya attorneys. I settled my account end of November but paid over too much. I am waiting since then for my refund. RCS paid refund over to the attorneys on the 27th of Feb but I am still waiting. Nobody rep**** to my emails or sent me any notification. I need my refund urgently. This is really poor client service.
