Bad service

Bham & Dahya attorneys contacted me and said that Telkom will take an amount out of my account. They took R1671 instead of agreed amount of R220. They never credited my account. When I phone Bham & Dahya attorneys now all of a sudden they can not help me According to them I must contact Telkom. When I phone Telkom Telkom say I must contact Bham & Dahya attorneys.
