Bad Service

On thr 28 July 2018 I went to Bhadela Hardware in Idutywa Eastern Cape I bought the Roof Material with the value of. R35 000 and 2 loads of Sand with the value of R4000. I swipe with my FNB Card when I check my account they diducted R5000 instead of R4000,

1 load of sand was delivered and 1load was not delived, during the delivery of Roof Material they didnt deliver 3 Rafters and 1 window seal, and on that day of the delivery my Gate in my yard was smashed by the company truck, serval attamps were made to rectify the mistake they have done but were unsucessful.

Shop owners were sooooo Rude and even one of their employees confirmed the incident or the mistake they made, in all the attemps the slips were showed that they were not signed because the other material was not delivered

The Shop owner said to me I can do what ever I want to do although I even showed him the slips and he walk away wile we were talking

One of their employee said there's a lot of people complaing about thier material being not delivered when people go to them and complain they shout them and they take advantage of them because is people from Rural and they dont take it further.

Their driver were sooo drunk when they deliver the Material, why did they even let people work and they can see they can not even stand because they drunk.

They incovinience me because I had to buy onother material they didnt deliver,

All I want is my money from them I dont need materiaL

I Need the following

R1000 they didudcted etrxa R2000 Sand 3 Rafters not sure how much each

R3000 I used to travel from Cape to Eastern cape just to sort this mess

They dont even have landline they only have Cellphone number Their cellphone number is. **********

I had to travell all the way from Cape Town to Eastern Cape to sort this mistake they made butI didnt winn instead the owner was rude I never saw a rude owner like that he treat his customers like a piece of rubish,
