We ordered a New 6.5 Hyundai Generator on line from BGS INDUSTRIAL website.The sales executive GARETH CHARPENTIER spoke us through the sale.We ordered and paid with the promise of prompt delivery. We have been ****MED and ******.The address given in Bloemfontein 12 Robert Burns street Hamilton does not exist. Mr CHARPENTIER did not take our calls.Eventually got hold of him on the websites help line.He answered and confirmed it was Gareth speaking.He has a strong accent.He then denied knowing anything about our order and put the phone down. Please if anyone knows where we can find this *********** it would be greatly appreciated.
