OVERDUE NON PAYMENT OF RENTAL DEPOSIT
As per our signed rental contract, return of deposit should be paid within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of vacating the unit, which was 27 August 2015, it is 25 DAYS since we vacated the unit & have still not received the return payment of our deposit after many calls requesting payment.
On vacating the unit, the unit was INSPECTED & left cleaned found to be in the same condition as we received, if not better.

There is no reason for the delay in returning our deposit which was paid promptly in cash on application for rental of the unit. All rentals payments were paid timeously & early every month without delay. I am sure a large developer concern like BGEM Developers should not have any difficulties returning deposit payments to well paying tenants who have honoured the conditions of their rental contracts.

27.1 Should no amounts be owing by the Lessee to the Lessor either for monies owing and unpaid in terms of this Agreement, or for the costs or repair in terms of clause 26.3, then the deposit will be paid to the Lessee within 10 (ten) days after the termination of this Agreement.
