POOR SERVICE & RUDE PERSONAL

BG Glass & Windscreens came to us to fit our windscreens; our insurance suggested them. Their services are extremely poor, communication and is very bad. On the 1st attempt they brought with them the wrong windscreen, we contacted the branch and spoke to Annelize she was extremely rude and talked in a manner as she is doing you a favor. Second attempt they came 2 hours and 30mintues late with the wrong windscreen again. With the excuse of sorry there was traffic etc.

the whole experience with the glass fit company has been poor and I would not recommend them to anyone nor any insurance company to make use of.
