Appalling service

What an absolute nightmare building a house with BG Construction. They are a small company with too many projects going on at the same time. So if the team is busy somewhere else your project stands and nothing happens. Then they forget what needs to be done at your house because there is always somebody else more important they are focusing on.

When it comes to repairing snags they disappear. I’ve been in my house for 7 months and still have to follow up on a weekly basis as to when water leaks will be repaired. My floors have been damaged due to their incompetence and their apathetic attitude to getting the job done.

I can honestly say I regret appointing BG Construction to build my home. It’s been a disaster since day one.
