BFSG /BAFA FUNERALS APPALLING SERVICES (BETHANIE- NW)

<p>After getting the message that my sister passed on on Tuesday (06/12/16), we alerted BFSG. On wednesday we told them funeral in Saturday (10/12/16). Later Thursday we were told we cannot bury on saturday because deadline for arranging funeral is wednesday, but we did tell them. A lady from Botswana just decided to come up with that there and there without informing clients, then i was told i cannot bury on saturday, saturday afternoon, I must bury sunday, the following weekend, there are no cars to take the corpse and family to the graveside. Then i was told i rather take my deceased to the other morg, then i said i need my money now cash on delivery. then they came with the story, I must pay the other afrikaner guy 17 000.00 then he he will help me. I said never. We were taken from pillar to post. I am stressed and grieving for my deceased n I must be stressed again by the undertaker whom I dont owe anything. And then they sent me to a Dr in Brits for a postmoterm. I paid for that but after that I m told the Dr is not doing a postmoterm. According to my knowledge every morg must have a Dr. So friday we went to morg about six pm and were told the cars dont have petrol, we waited until half eight in the evening thats when they arrived, arriving with the coffin from rustenburg and the corpse cause apparently all their fridges in Brits and Bethanie are not working but they can never tell you. Going in to check the corpse, the mouth was opened with no apparent reason. They still owe me some money cause the cars they issued were not the cars for the service we chose. I really need this to be thoroughly investigated, there is more to it than meets the eye. I feel sorry for the poor people in Bethanie. Surely someone in Botswana cannot run a morg in North West. Thats utter *******. I need my money and I wish everyone who has a complain can come out and not sit on their complaints. We pay a lot of for poor services. Is it because we are black and marginalised or something. Please invesitigate and I need my money back. I went through a lot of trauma. Instead of mourning my sister I had to deal with TRAUMA from the undertakers. This is really not fair.</p>
