Pricecheck \trusted suppliers\" not to be trusted"

I ordered a phone via Price Check's website from BFor Media Pty Ltd. I contacted them telephonically to verify when I can expect delivery etc. I was told that they would receive the item within 3 weeks where after it will be delivered to me. Four weeks later I still have no phone and their reason for non-performance is that the item I ordered cannot be sourced. Why was the item advertised if it's unavailable in the first place? False advertising is indeed a crime!
