I am absolutely blown away by Bfor's assistance! I had purchased a phone in March 2014 - close to two years back. Samsung dealership in PE, TTS, wouldn't honour their replacement of my screen - TTS had taken 2 week's of communication where nothing was resolved, and in that time, my warranty lapsed by 2 days. Bfor made sure it happened! I am a VERY happy customer and they have a customer for life. Keep up the excellent, friendly, going-way-out-of-your-way service!
