AVOID THIS BUSINESS IN BLOEMFONTEIN

Shocking service delivery. This is a very very very unreliable service centre. And I would not recommend anyone to use BFN Appliances for any of your home appliance needs.

The owner is never available to respond to complaints. No proof could be presented for a part that had supposedly been replaced at a cost of R1400 in my BOSCH dishwasher - which I firmly believe they are lying about. After 4 attempts the washer is still not functioning as it should be, after a request to the BOSCH website was referred to BFN Appliances to service the machine.

Three times the machine had to be sent back and forth, been delivered dirty to my house, not reconnected and it is still not operating as it should, which confirms that the service was never done. Or ineffectively so.

This is a very *********** service centre. Please avoid to save yourself a very frustrating experience.
