Lack of care

I purchased a new watch in April. and now the strap has broken.

I have searched all the games and haven't had luck in found the right strap. How does a company sell something but have no replacement straps. After countless attempts at reaching customer service, i have gotten one feeble email back and nothing since then.

This is now an ongoing problem. i do not mind buying the strap on the own. But after no service from BFIT i would rather take my mine elsewhere.

I am very disappointment and will definitely be moving to a different fitness watch provider
