Bad customer service.

Had no problem with their fitness watch until it stopped working. As did their support staff. The only response that I got from them is to return my purchase. No proper business etiquette or customer service to try and sort out the problem, just a curt "take it back!" response. It takes a lot from me to complain, but the service I received was awful. Not recommended.
