Stay away from BF Motorcycles

Purchased a set of mirrors from them for my motorcycle. The connecter blocks forthe wiring had been poorly done by their supplier. The wires came out of the connector blocks on one mirror. I carefully put the other mirror on and carefully put the connector blocks in. The blinker and light only came on when I pressed the wires hard into the connector blocks. I opened the one mirror as it blew the fuse on my light on the mirror and found it was wired incorrectly, which caused the fuse to blow. I pointed this out to them and firstly said they will refund without me having to return the mirrors, but I said I'll return them anyway and was told they will refund me and the courier cost. Sadly they won't refund the item, made me pay to return on top of that costing me more money and are now claiming damage to the mirror that was opened to find it's defectiveness. Definitely an ********* business to deal with. I have heard some stories about them and their poor workmanship. Stay away from these ***boys. They'll just post false pictures to claim I damaged the item they are that *********. How can you say you will refund and then do a complete turnaround. Utter nonsense. I implore the biker community to stay away from these ***boys as you'll probably be taken for a ride and lose money in the process.
