Non existent after sales customer service

I used B&F generators based in Kempton Park to repair and service my generator. A few weeks after the service I noticed a substantial amount of oil leaking from the generator. I haven't used it since the service. When I logged a call with B&F Generator Repairs I was given a date for a technician to come to my house. When no one arrived I followed up and was told that as long there is oil in the generator, I can use it until I get help. I then told them that I suspect the oil leak is a result of the work they had done. They then just went quiet and did not respond to my messages. I subsequently had a look at the generator myself and fund two loose nuts which I tightened and the leak seems to have stopped.
