Online Order from Big Five Cookware

I recently ordered online from Big Five Cookware Company. My parcel was a bit late so I enquired. The lady that responded was very apologetic and assured me that the parcel would immediately be shipped. That was in fact the case and I received my parcel today. The packaging was the best and most secure that I have seen in a long time. Everything reached me in perfect condition. They even included a free gift for the period of delay on my parcel. I can highly reccomend them and if I ever need something from them, I will not hesitate to order. That is what you call service. Well done!!!
