BEZZ BESZ - NEVER AGAIN

I would have scored them 0 if that was an option. We were quoted and we paid for tiles and ceilings and everything was paid in full. The tiles were delivered but the delivery time for the ceilings kept changing. We did NOT pay a deposit - we paid in full and after these changes we wanted to cancel the ceiling order but JONTY told us that it was custom cut and therefore we cannot get a refund. After battling to get hold of JONTY and after numerous excuses - they delivered the wrong lengths yesterday. I informed JONTY this morning and now he is not answering his phone. This is the most unprofessional company and person I have ever dealt with. There is NO attempt from their side to assist the client, because they were paid already. Jonty is incapable of taking responsibility and let his father make calls on his behalve. Will NEVER deal with them again and will ensure that everybody is aware of their lack of customer service. Will NEVER recommend them to anybody and are now having to take legal action.
