CT scan takes more than 2 hours for report

I was for a CT scan at fairieglen xray department. I waited more than 2 hours for my scan and report after the actual scan was done. I spen time there from 10: 30 intil just before four. I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT WITH MY UROLOGIST AND MY NEUROLOGIST BECASE OF THIS. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ONE DAG LONGER FOR TREATMENT!!! I was first but they helped all the other patients untill I was the only one left in the waiting room.
