Stole my money and never came to install

I paid my deposit of R4000 for BIC Cupboards to be installed on the 10th of July 2015. <br> The cupboards were supposed to be installed on the 1st of August 2015, I was told they could no longer come then as they were finishing a job, but will come and install on the 3rd of August.<br> On the 3rd of August I was told the owner was involved in a car accident and will take a week to recover, up to now I am still awaiting, and now they don't even answer their phones or respond to my smss.
