Stay away from Beyoutique spa in century city
My experience at Beyoutiq - I had a treatment and afterwards had a severe reaction on my back. I had to see a doctor and spent R720 plus creams and meds. I raised it with owner Debbi. She gave R300. I asked if she would consider covering the medical costs so we could close the matter. She declined and said I was ******ing her. This is my honest personal experience, I have photos and doctor receipts.

Relaxing & Rejuvenating Experience
I was a bit sceptical when I purchase the voucher on Wikideals as I always read bad reviews about spa retreats, however, the moment my friend & I walked in, we felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was serene; the staff were friendly and welcoming. The treatment room was spotless and beautifully set up, with soft lighting and calming music. The only negative thing was that the large towels felt a bit damp instead of dry, warm and soft. Overall, we both felt pampered and valued. Thank you BeYoutique for an enjoyable morning.
