Unhappy customer

Beyond beads and laser do customized laser cutting. I went to see Richard ***ner) to tell him what I wanted and sent him the pictures, he gave me price and told him to go ahead with production. When I picked up my 2 products (a wooden wheel and a wood and perspex box) when I got home and inspected my products properly I noticed that the box was not even the correct sized I ordered because I measured it, it was full of glue and very dirty, the lid was not even the right size and didn't fix properly on the box, and the 2 sides on the lid were not straight. I paid a lot of money for the wheel, and it was not completed. When I told Richard I was unhappy and wanted to to return the unprofessional, dirty and incomplete products he refused to take the products back nor would he refund me.
