Unpaid invoices

My name is Ndumiso Mtshali the Director of DLUSUTHE HOLDINGS, I write the review great disappointment at yourself and your organization. I conducted various projects with your organization between the months of March and April 2022. I have made numerous attempts for my payments to be made , I have communicated with your organization through my lawyers. Firstly a letter of demand for payments was submitted which was ignored on your behalf, subsequently through my lawyers proceeded to apply for summons through the High Court which were delivered to your organization. Through your attorney there was a promise to respond, which till date has not materialized. I therefore appeal to you at this moment that payments be made before the close of business today. Failure to do so i will pursue further legal action against yourself and your company. I will escalate this matter with the DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT and if needs be we will ascalte the matter to GLOBAL FUND.

I have been very patient through out this process but now I feel as though it is highly ********* and constitutionally ********ly for payments to be delayed for such a long period of time. The unpaid balance is well over R600 000
