BEYONDVAs ARROGANT AND WASTE PEOPLES TIME

This company recruits Virtual Assistants from around the world. The recruitment process takes a month. They expect all sorts of things from the applicant within given time periods. One task after the other. When all is said and done - they do not have the decency to tell the applicant what went wrong. NO FEEDBACK whatsoever. This attitude is arrogant, and one gets the feeling that they are exploiting people from Africa. I have just looked at their "VA's" - and there is a clear indication of preference for a type of race. They should say this upfront and not waste a person's time. If this is how they treat applicants - I wonder about the service their clients get. Exploiting qualified people at £3.50 per hour. What are their clients being charged per hour?? I would suggest that anyone thinking of applying for virtual work from home with this company NOT WASTE THEIR TIME or INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The ARROGANCE IS ASTONISHING IN THIS DAY AND AGE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND TALENT APPLYING FOR WORK AT THIS COMPANY.
