Terrible customer service! Beyond the Moon Farm Accommodation

Refused point blank to refund my R5300 deposit for a booking cancelled way in advance and shortly after the reservation was made. Due to Covid exposure unable to honor the reservation but owner would not refund OR return even half the amount OR even offer other dates for that value! R5300 is not a small amount in these difficult Covid times and their customer service galls me!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!
